This cartoon isn't exactly true since I'm posting around midnight the night before. But I have a feeling I'm not going to want to get out of bed. Why?
- I'm catching a cold (thank you, Don)
- last night's youth group didn't go well and that has me a little down. Don and I need to work some things out on that front.
- I have to help Jake dress up in a toga first thing in the morning. Why? It's spirit week and today is toga day. I am so glad I only have two kids and I don't have to do this again.
- and the biggest reason... I have a dentist appointment this morning. Ugh!

Ya know, I feel the same way. In fact, I got up at 5;30 a.m., like I usually do, to walk...and it is raining and thundering and lightening outside. Not enough, mind you, for me to have known about that BEFORE I rolled out of bed and got dressed, but enough that I couldn't walk. So, I'm up and it wouldn't be enough time for me to sleep to go back...though I want to....but yet I got no exercise. GRRR - I hate mornings like this so I'm right there with ya. Theonly good thing is it is almost Friday.
Trust you are already "up and at 'em". One of the many wonderful gift our God has given us is 24 hour days!!!! And tomorrow is a new one!!!

I love that cartoon!! I hope your day was better than expected! I am NOT a morning person at all. I would sleep until at least 9 every morning if I could.
Toga day? Sounds like Jake may need to borrow those covers for his "outfit".
You were wise to schedule that dental appointment early so at least that will be over and done with.
Then you can sneak back under those covers and take care of that cold.

I am so stealing this prayer. I didn't get out of bed today and husband stayed home and took Lee to his therapy appt. dragging all the boys along (just like I have to).
