a magnet collection is all i got

It's Friday's Show & Tell, hosted by Kelli over at There's No Place Like Home. Kelli has the Mr. Linky for all of today's participants. So head on over there.

I'll forewarn you... this is a very boring Show & Tell. I really wanted to do Show & Tell and had a couple of things in mind. Last night, after watching Survivor and Kid Nation (I taped it), I started the process of taking pictures. Well, the pictures didn't turn out as planned. My item just wasn't photogenic :(. To make a long story short (because you really would be bored with the long story), I tried to photograph several things and nothing worked.

So this morning I got up and walked around my house. I came to the conclusion that I have a boring life and really don't have anything from my home to share. But since I have nothing else to post about and I'm going to be out most of the day, I decided my magnet collection (I heard all those oooohhs and aaahhs!) would be the only perfect thing to share.

These magnets are on the side of my refrigerator (where else would they be but a refrigerator?). I've tried to pick up a magnet whenever I travel someplace and since I don't travel too much, there's not much of a variety of magnets. You might notice that there's a few that look like they're from the same place. That's because I feel like I need to get a new one every time I go to Hawaii, or Disneyland, or California. So that makes it look like I've been more places ;) Enjoy! (and I won't be offended if you don't enjoy)

I've been to a few of those places! :) Love your Jackson Hole moose! I'm hoping to go there next summer and do a river rafting trip! I like the magnets. It's like a scrapbook for your fridge ;)

I LOVE magnets. I have a collection too from places we've visited. I'd like to eventually get one from every state. I've got a long way to go, but I'm getting there.

I think your Show and Tell is anything but boring! I LOVE your magnets. What a great way to remember all of your fun trips and memories! We collect Christmas ornaments from everywhere we go. I love pulling them out every year! It's great that you get to display them right where you can always see them! :)

Love all your magnets. YOu've done a lot of traveling.
When I am doing show and tell posts I do the same thing as you...I walk around my home thinking I don't have much of anything and that I am boring.
Too funny!
Have a great weekend.

P.S. Did you get my email??

If I had those magnets I would be sooo happy because I've never been to Disney, Hawaii or California! lol I had to laugh because on Thursday nights before Show & Tell Friday I also walk around the house trying to find something to show! lol xo

You are hilarious! What fun! My daughter has a magnet collection, too. She loves collecting them from all over.

So, do you have a Michigan magnet? If you need one from your blogging friend just email me and I will be happy to add to your collection :)

What a fun collection. I notice that the cute Jackson Hole moose is up high-is that to prevent a certain doggie from swiping it?

Oooh, I've been to Maui, too...and the Grand Canyon! You have a great collection, and I, too, usually like to pick up one from special places we've been! :) But I don't have one from every place...wish I did!
