My heart is heavy.
So heavy that I didn't want to write last night for today's post.
It is now morning,
and my heart, and my day, continues to be weighed down by the reality of what he has endured, and what he continues to endure - all in the name of keeping a job that he may lose in the end anyway.
If you are reading this today,
can I ask a favor....
say a prayer for Don (my husband).
thank you.

Oh I feel the weight. Diana I am saying a prayer right now.
Oh friend. Those things are so hard. But, like you said in your last post, the Lord will take care of you. Sometimes our paths take a sharp bend and we can't see around the corner. Prayers for you both.
I pray that you guys will have the strength to get through this. (I know God will give you that) and that you will keep your eyes on him because he has the entire situation in his control and nothing is a surprise to him.
Bless you Diana.
Prying.
This verse has had renewed meaning to me recently. I hope it speaks to you, also.
"Do not be afraid...your prayer has been heard...Luke 1:13
We will increase our prayers for him. Know that the Lord has been faithful in protecting him thus far, and we believe He will continue to strengthen Don and carry him through this.
Praying...and thinking of you!
Sis,
Have been praying for Don (and you!) and will pray moreso. Trusting God for this great unknown, and enduring the trial while it's going on is one of the scariest things, yet there's no safer and better place to be. You're in the right place doing the right thing with a host of prayer warriors around you. Hang on with all you have and know that when you feel you have no more strength, God fills in for you!
Love you,
KDK
I'm saying a prayer for him right now. So sorry that you are going through that is such a hard thing to go through. Thinking of you.
Hugs, Lori
You and Don always have my prayers, and I will continue with increased intensity. My heart breaks for you guys. Your heavy heart comes through the internet!
Please know how very many people are praying for you and may you gather comfort and strength from their prayers and concern.
praying for Don! Stay strong my friend and remember Sunshine is on your shoulders:)
God Bless,
Amber
I am so sorry. Lots of prayers and thoughts sent your way.
Good luck with whatever it is that is happening at your husbands work. I will say a prayer for you and Don. I hope things turn out the way you want them to and that neither of you has to compromise who you are or what you believe to for him to keep his job.
You're in my thoughts and prayers, Diana. I can also relate to this and I realize it's not in my hands and all I can do is pray and plan for the future.
I will continue to pray for you and Don.
