indescribable!

I walk in the sunlight and the warmth of the day.
The calendar says November and it's warm enough to walk in shorts and short sleeves.
Unbelievable!

The trees around me shimmer with brilliant color.
Orange, red, gold - a feast for the eyes.
Amazing!

The wind picks up.
The last of the leaves fly through the air in a whirlwind around me.
Incredible!

The unseasonably warm weather here has been a wonderful blessing. And I have been blessed by the vivid colors that surround my home and neighborhood for nearly a month now. I literally watched the last of the leaves blow off the trees as I took my walk. There goes the color, and a storm is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Blessings will come in new forms.

Blessings #3 and #4 in a month's worth of blessings.

We are having unbelievable weather up here in western Canada. Our trees are budding! I am hoping that it hangs in there for a couple of weeks. We will be traveling through the mountains on our way to Seattle.

You post reminded me of what fall in Colorado is like. We used to go into the mountains every fall and pick some Aspen. In the fall the mountains look like they are on fire. Beautiful.

We have had GREAT weather here too. Our forecast right now is a winter storm watch in the west part of the state, a blizzard watch in the middle of the state, and a severe weather watch (thunderstorms and tornadoes!!) on the east side of the state. Only in SD!!!!

I also feel blessed by the explosion of color this time of year. I almost took a picture of the leaves that have fallen all over my yard today.

Beautiful picture. Actually there are a few trees in our area that have been turning - just a picture of fall. But not temperature.

Our weather has been in the high 80's some days recently. It cooled off some this week and feels a little like fall should feel.

It was a little warmer here today too, but overcast and no sun :(

Honestly, I don't like when the warm weather hangs around. I'd rather it get cold, get over and move on to spring. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy winter and the snow, but I wish the weather would stop teasing me, LOL!!

Beautiful picture of the leaves - wonderful colors!
