  1. Um, yeah. We eat at our coffee table. And not just because of the holiday wrapping. That would be a great meme to do--have everyone show a photo of their kitchen/dining room tables. LOL

  7. I am sitting at my computer laughing out loud!! That was funny! We only have one table so I have to keep it cleaned off. The kids eat at the breakfast bar a lot so it probably wouldn't be a huge issue. But I have to "hide" while I wrap usually so I don't get to do it at the table! Thanks, I needed a laugh!

  8. Not covered in wrapping stuff at the moment... but, there are breakfast dishes all over it... and I'm gonna drag out my sewing stuff today since I still have 2 stockings to finish before Christmas. How lame am I?? :S

  9. See, now my table is paper/ribbon/bow-free. But that is because I cannot leave wrapping paper and presents out with the children. I have a table in the basement that looks like that though! :)

  10. My table would look like that if I had STARTED WRAPPING! AAHHH! Now I am hyper-ventilating at the thought! My hobby room (aka spare bedroom) floor looks like this most of the time. My 6 year old stepped on my razor sharp circle cutter yesterday. Yeah..low point in parenting for me. Oops. We save the kitchen table for the really nice things like construction paper, glitter and crayons. They look much nicer than wrapping paper.

  11. Mine used to look like that.

Good luck getting all of your wrapping done.

  12. My bedroom floor will join the festivities soon! (that is where I wrap)

Loved the foot cast - so festive - matches the toe nails :)

CAn't wait to read the rest of the girlfriend story! woo hoo! Don't keep us hanging too long.

  14. My tables both look like yours. Where does the stuff go during meals? That's what floors are for.

  15. i stash my rolls of paper under my bed, the tape and scissors are placed high on my dresser and i have a gift bag full of bows and labels. i've been wrapping gifts slowly as i buy them and after the kiddos are sleeping.

i have yet to wrap any of the kids' gifts though, as i was afraid they'd find them wrapped early and then question the 'big guy' even more:0)

so when we return on christmas eve from family christmas celebrations, dad has a bike to assemble and i have a ton of wrapping to do while the little ones dream of sugar plum fairies!

  16. I posted a picture of our table, I think you may have me beat. But, oh boy-you should see my master bedroom! There's barely room to walk in there!

  17. LOL! Oh, thank you, Diana!! I feel a little better now. Just so you know...my table doesn't look like that, but my entire living room does!!

  18. Diana that is so funny! Great pictures!!

My table would have looked like that except that I had to clear it off so that we could have a family dinner to celebrate my son's birthday!

  19. No my table doesn't look like this, but my guest bed does!

Oh no, excuse me, not just the bed..... but the ENTIRE room! It's gotten WAY out of control. :)
