To enjoy the weekend, the weather, and the fact that Dani and Jake are on spring break, we decided to go to the zoo Sunday. It had been a long time since our last visit and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Of course, I had camera in hand the whole time and got a few good pics. With the sun so bright, the deep shadows ruined many great photo ops, but I was able to get a few decent ones. You may view all the decent ones here on my Flickr.

ReplyDeleteThe Denver Zoo is my absolute favorite!!! I think I miss that the most. We would go 3 or 4 times a summer. I have pictures of all our kids by that polar bear where you can watch them swimming under water. It was so fun to see how much bigger the kids got each year! Great pictures!! It's so great that your kids will still do that stuff with you :)

ReplyDeletebeautiful pictures! we are in the same boat and it's SOUTH DAKOTA! we were in the black hills this past weekend, and it was 71 degrees. awesome. it felt more like june. now we're preparing for a possible storm:0)

ReplyDeleteGreat shots! Which zoo did you go to? Probably not Cheyenne Mountain. That would be a bit of a drive just to go to a zoo.
